Helpful Tips
On Choosing
A Meal Option

  1. Select the meal that aligns best with your calorie and nutrient goals (eg. Low in calories, fats or carbs).

  2. Like a recipe but not the protein option?
Swap it out with something you prefer. Just make sure they are similar in nutrition (similar calorie, protein, fat and carb values).

  3. Pick a meal option that matches your lifestyle.
Are you comfortable with cooking? Do your meals need to be portable so you can eat on the go?

  4. Select a meal option that you’ll enjoy eating.
If you enjoy it, you’ll eat it. :)

Want more variety in your plan?

We recommend sticking to 1 meal option to make meal prepping easier. However, if you prefer variety in your meals, you can reduce the recipe down to get fewer portions and select more meal options to cover the remaining days.
