Mindfulness Goals

Spend at least 10 minutes on mindfulness every day to clear your mind, improve your mood, and calm your stress. Stress is correlated with poorer health, weight gain, and even gastrointestinal issues, so mindfulness is an important component of your health journey.

What’s mindfulness? There’s no real definition, but for the purposes of this Plan, it’s any intentional calming exercise. It can be physical, like stretching or yoga, or it can be mental, like meditation, breathing, or setting intentions. Choose your own adventure when practicing mindfulness with what will benefit you the most. Just be sure to dedicate a few minutes every day to it!

Easiest

  • Stretch for 10 minutes every day

  • Take a moment to think of one thing you’re grateful for every day

  • Do 10 minutes of yoga every day

More Challenging

  • Meditate for 10 minutes every day

  • Journal for 10 minutes every day

  • Set an intention every day and follow through
