Nutrition Goals

It’s tempting to be overly ambitious when it comes to making dietary changes. You think completely overhauling your diet will lead to faster progress, but it often leads to overwhelmed feelings, stress, and quick burnout instead.

To get back on the right foot, sometimes you just need to pick one thing to work on at a time—and get really good at that one thing. Once it’s a habit you don’t have to think about it anymore, and you can move on to your next small, achievable goal!

Make progress toward your Big Goal by setting little ones like these that you can do every day.

Easiest

  • Eat at least 2 servings of fruit every day

  • Eat at least 2 servings of vegetables every day

  • Have a protein source at every meal

  • Plan at least one meal every day this week

More Challenging

  • Hit my fiber goal every day

  • Eat less than 35g of added sugar every day this week

  • Hit my net calorie goal every day

  • Hit my macro goal every day

*Note: If you prefer a different goal, feel free to set your own!
